How to use PixelForge?

Upload one clear, front-facing photo of a person. PixelForge processes it to generate a strict 4x4 sprite sheet. The system then automatically removes the key color, aligns all frames' feet, and packages transparent PNGs and looping GIFs for each of the four directions (down, left, right, up). The output is a ZIP file ready for direct use in game engines.
